This Strawberry Freezer Jam is so easy to make and delicious on toast, sourdough English muffins, or classic peanut butter and jelly!

Cut strawberries into small pieces, then mash with a potato masher or a blender for a smoother jam. Transfer to a bowl and stir in sugar.

Bring water and pectin to a boil in a small saucepan, then stir the pectin mixture into the strawberry mixture.
