Easter Favorites 2023!

Hello friends! Happy Easter!Today I’m sharing my 2023 Easter Favorites! If you’re still creating your meal plan for Easter Dinner, you’ve come to the right place! In this post I compile all of my favorite Easter recipes including main dishes, sides, salads, and desserts! I hope you all have a wonderful holiday weekend celebrating our Risen Savior!

Main Dishes

Ham Balls!

These tangy and juicy Ham Balls are what I typically make in lieu of a traditional ham dinner for Easter. The meat is a mixture of ground pork and ground ham mixed with graham cracker crumbs, milk, and egg. They’re then topped with a sweet and tangy sauce made with tomato soup, brown sugar, and vinegar. Delicious and so easy to prepare ahead of time and throw in the oven when you’re ready!

Ritz Chicken Casserole!

This casserole is my most viewed recipe on the blog! It’s perfect if you want something a little more inexpensive for your Easter feast or if you prefer something other than ham. It goes wonderfully with all of the more traditional Easter sides and desserts just the same!

Salads

Raspberry Fluff Jello Salad!

Snickers Apple Salad!

You can never go wrong with Snickers Apple Salad! It’s Granny Smith apples, vanilla pudding, Cool Whip, and Snickers candy bars. SO YUMMY!

Avocado Lime Ranch Salad Dressing!

Mini Chocolate Cheesecakes!

This dessert takes a little bit more time and effort, but it’s so worth it! Oreo cookie crust with a velvety smooth cheesecake filling, topped with homemade chocolate ganache and chocolate whipped cream! The chocolate lover’s dream.

That’s all for this year’s Easter Favorites! Have a great holiday and as always, thanks for being here!
