This Chick-fil-A copycat Avocado Lime Ranch dressing is super easy to re-create at home using fresh ingredients! Use it for salads, wraps, or as a dip. It’s so good!
Ingredients
- 2 ripe avocados
- ¼ C. white vinegar
- ½ C. mayonnaise
- ¼ C. buttermilk
- ¼ C. lime juice
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 tsp. onion powder
- ¾ tsp. dill
- ½ tsp. sugar
- ¼ tsp. salt
- ¼ tsp. black pepper
- 2 Tbsp. olive oil
- 3-4 Tbsp. water, for thinning
Directions
- In a blender or food processor (I use my Ninja Blender) add avocados, vinegar, mayonnaise, buttermilk, lime juice, seasonings, and sugar. Blend on low speed until smooth.
- With the blender still running on a low speed, slowly drizzle in 2 Tablespoons of olive oil. Make sure to scrape down the sides of the blender and mix well. Add in 3-4 Tablespoons of water to thin out the dressing. Add more or less until it is your desired consistency.
- Serve Avocado Lime Ranch on salads or as a dip for wraps or veggies! Recipe yields 2 cups of dressing and lasts in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
