Homemade Avocado Lime Ranch Dressing!

This Chick-fil-A copycat Avocado Lime Ranch dressing is super easy to re-create at home using fresh ingredients! Use it for salads, wraps, or as a dip. It’s so good!

Ingredients

  • 2 ripe avocados
  • ¼ C. white vinegar
  • ½ C. mayonnaise
  • ¼ C. buttermilk
  • ¼ C. lime juice
  • 1 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1 tsp. onion powder
  • ¾ tsp. dill
  • ½ tsp. sugar
  • ¼ tsp. salt
  • ¼ tsp. black pepper
  • 2 Tbsp. olive oil
  • 3-4 Tbsp. water, for thinning

Directions

  1. In a blender or food processor (I use my Ninja Blender) add avocados, vinegar, mayonnaise, buttermilk, lime juice, seasonings, and sugar. Blend on low speed until smooth.
  2. With the blender still running on a low speed, slowly drizzle in 2 Tablespoons of olive oil. Make sure to scrape down the sides of the blender and mix well. Add in 3-4 Tablespoons of water to thin out the dressing. Add more or less until it is your desired consistency.
  3. Serve Avocado Lime Ranch on salads or as a dip for wraps or veggies! Recipe yields 2 cups of dressing and lasts in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
