Valentine’s Day Punch!

Planning a Valentine’s party and need a fun drink recipe? Make this yummy Valentine’s Day Punch for a Galentine’s get-together, a date-night-in with your spouse, or as a fun activity with the kiddos in your life!

  • 1- 2 liter of Sprite or 7-Up
  • 1- half gallon of Simply Raspberry Lemonade, or any brand raspberry lemonade will work
  • ½ gallon raspberry sherbet
  • raspberries for garnish, optional

In a large punch bowl, pour in the Sprite or 7-Up, then pour in the lemonade. Give it a good stir. If you don’t have a punch bowl, you can also use a pitcher! I’d say the best ratio is ½ the amount of sprite as lemonade. Next, add in 6-8 big scoops of the raspberry sherbet. The ice cream will melt a bit and then it’ll be ready to serve!

You can also make Valentine’s Day Punch right in a glass if you’re not serving a crowd! To do this, add 1 C. of the raspberry lemonade to your glass, then add ½-¾ C. of sprite, then top it off with a small scoop of raspberry sherbet and garnish with fresh raspberries!
